In addition the ability to work in partnership with parents and multi-disciplinary agencies to provide skilled care to children and young people within the community to support safe discharge and hospital admission avoidance, is essential. You will be highly organised and have a flexible approach to work, able to deal with difficult situations autonomously with demonstrable, excellent communication skills. This role also requires the post holder be flexible around working days, as support to staff may be required in the evening or nights, as part of planned supervision and support.
