Job Title: Recruitment Administrator – M&E Specialism
Location: Norwich
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday (4:00 PM finish on Fridays!)
Salary: £25,000

Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Resourcing: Source and engage top talent in the M&E sector using multiple platforms and networks
2. Timesheet Reconciliation/Payroll: Ensure timely and accurate submission of contractor timesheets
3. Right to Work Checks: Conduct thorough right-to-work checks in line with legal requirements
4. Certification Checks: Verify candidate qualifications and certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards
5. General Administration: Maintain accurate records, assist with day-to-day office tasks, and support the recruitment process
What We’re Looking For:
1. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in timesheet and certification checks is critical
2. Great Communication: You’ll need to engage confidently with candidates and clients
3. Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment while managing your own workload
4. Recruitment Experience (Desirable): Previous experience in M&E recruitment is a plus but not essential
