Key Responsibilities will include: Planning, coordinating, and delivering the bi-monthly customer newsletter with engaging and valuable content. Developing and manage a schedule of impactful driver communications, such as touchpoint reminders and vehicle maintenance tips. Supporting the coordination of memorable customer events and driver roadshows, enhancing our relationships and loyalty. Maintaining and updating externally facing documents for customers and drivers, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with our brand. Creating and refining brochures, event literature, and educational materials on key topics such as EV charging and salary sacrifice. Managing and updating website content, ensuring it is dynamic, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Build a strong social media presence by managing the JCT600 VLS LinkedIn account and creating content that drives engagement and builds connections. Regularly update the VLS intranet with relevant and useful content, promoting collaboration and a sense of community. Support product launches and marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and impactful narratives. Qualifications: Previous experience in a communications, content creation, or marketing role. Genuine enthusiasm for creating content that enhances the experiences of customers and colleagues. A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with partners. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring content is accurate and impactful. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
