Project Finance Manager

This is a project design & build reporting role and will not be managing people but will be responsible for the accurate reporting associated with a number of design & build projects.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
1. Financial planning, budget management including cost tracking and cashflow forecasting associated with a multimillion-pound project.
2. CapEx reporting including stakeholder reporting and updates.
3. Providing real-time updates and visibility on project budget vs actual spend.
4. Managing up to 9 significant projects, demonstrating a background in working with multiple projects and large data set analysis and reporting.
5. Preparing cost projects for each new site.
6. Producing and presenting monthly management accounts for group entities, including WIP reports to project future revenue recognition.
Project Finance Manager will be / have:
* CIMA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified.
* Experience of working within oil & gas, construction or engineering.
* Proven experience in commercial finance management.
* Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
* Experience of working within a project forecasting environment.
* Strong stakeholder and investor management skills.
* Advanced Excel skills.
