Job Description
The Payroll Assistant will:
* Process monthly payroll efficiently and accurately across the organisation for 1000 UK employees
* Ensure the accurate and timely calculation of wages, benefits and deductions
* Administer payroll benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant policies
* Handle and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries from employees
* Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
* Adhere to internal processes, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance at all stages
* Perform reconciliation of payroll data and resolve any discrepancies
* Prepare reports on payroll information as required
The Successful Applicant
The Payroll Assistant will be/have;
* End to end Payroll experience
* Knowledge of Payroll systems, software's and procedures
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Immediate availability
