We're currently recruiting a dedicated Chef Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Eurest on a part-time basis, contracted to 29.75 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
2. Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
3. Being a responsible key holder
4. Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments
5. Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
6. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
7. Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
8. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
10. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Chef Supervisor will:
1. Have previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
2. Possess good communication skills to liaise with a wide range of team members and customers
3. Able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations laid down in the staff handbook and unit policy statements
4. Be a team player with a can-do attitude
5. Take pride in personal appearance and hygiene
6. Be self-motivated and able to use own initiative
7. Have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
