Reporting to the Head of HR Recruitment and Medical Staffing you will provide the leadership and professional advice in relation to Medical Staffing including the application of Medical Staffing Terms and Conditions covering Doctors and Training Posts and Consultant contract applications. You will have sound management experience and be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, along with well-developed influencing skills. This is a pivotal role, leading a small but critical, high performing Medical Staffing team in the operational management of this service. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the Medical Staffing function, while building and maintaining stakeholder relationships across our clinical team.
