We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive team at a vibrant school. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to inspire and nurture pupils in Key Stage 2 .
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential. This role begins April 2025.
Duties as Year 3 Teacher:
* Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum .
* Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
* Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupils’ progress.
* Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.
* Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
* Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
* Participating in staff meetings, CPD opportunities, and extracurricular activities.
Ideal Year 3 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential for ECTs).
* A passion for inspiring and motivating young learners.
* Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to positive behaviour strategies.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills as a Year 3 Teacher.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
