Main duties of the job As a Clinical Coding Team Manager, you will lead, support and inspire a team of Clinical Coders in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll ensure accurate and timely clinical coding in line with national standards, oversee data quality, and play a key role in internal audits and training. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will work closely with senior leadership to shape coding strategy, support digital transformation, and drive service improvement.
