ACCOUNTS MANAGER/ ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Our Client, a successful business in Belfast city center are recruiting an Accounts Manager/ Administration Manager to look after their accounts and administration for the company. Turnover is in excess of £4M each year and they are looking for someone who has solid experience looking after accounts in a busy company. Key Responsibilities Reconcile bank account with bank position as shown on the company software package used by the business. Record suppliers invoices, reconcile suppliers statements and prepare suppliers payments. Prepare invoices as required. Record receipts from customers and prepare bank lodgements. Other administration and accounting responsibilities that may arise from time to time. Qualifications/Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and accounting software.
