Head of Commercial - Retention
My client is a leading Financial Services company who are on a journey of Product and Proposition transformation and looking for a leader to own and drive the commercial strategy for their Consumer Retention division.
What You’ll Do:
* Own the retention P&L, working with finance and commercial teams to optimise performance
* Own and lead the Commercial Transformation Roadmap, developing customer-first propositions to reduce churn and increase ARPU & LTV
* Drive innovation, launching new propositions based on deep customer and market insight
* Influence and collaborate across business functions to deliver high-impact retention strategies
* Build and develop a high-performing team
What They are Looking For:
* Proven experience in proposition development and commercial growth within a Retention based business model
* Strong track record of leading change and driving performance in a matrix organisation
* Strength in consumer marketing and insight-driven decision-making
* Experience within a consumer retail or membership-based business
* Inspirational leadership and stakeholder management skills
The role is Bristol based on a hybrid model of 2-3 days a week in the office.
The role pays upto £95,000 basic, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
