We are seeking a passionate and innovative English Teacher to join our dedicated team at The Appleton School. As an English Teacher, you will play a key role in inspiring students to develop their language and literature skills, creative expression, and critical thinking. We are looking for an individual who can create engaging and challenging lessons that foster a deep understanding and appreciation of English across all Key Stages.
Some of the responsibilities include:
* Plan and deliver dynamic and differentiated lessons in English across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, ensuring all students are engaged, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to explore challenging literary and linguistic concepts with enthusiasm and confidence.
* Employ a range of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, enhancing student engagement and understanding.
* Encourage students to think critically and creatively, fostering their analytical skills and helping them to develop a deep appreciation for literature, language, and effective communication.
