You’ll work closely with suppliers and customers identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the perishable goods supply chain Identify and secure new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and driving sales growth Represent the business at industry events, networking and promoting its world-class cargo services Provide market analysis, customer insights, and growth forecasts to senior leadership Collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering teams to deliver commercial projects Ensure high standards of food security, safety, quality, and sustainability We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with: Extensive experience in perishable logistics, supply chain, shipping, or a related sector A strong business development background with proven revenue growth achievements Established relationships within the industry, particularly with supermarkets, importers, and growers Deep knowledge of international trade, refrigerated supply chains, and freight logistics Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen Experience in marketing, contract negotiation, and financial management (P&L responsibility) Excellent public speaking skills to represent the business at industry events A proactive, resilient, and ambitious mindset with a passion for innovation This is a full-time, permanent position, with another position available on a 6-month contract.
