Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective SHEQ policies and procedures
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Provide training and support to employees on SHEQ best practices
* Analyze data and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans
Requirements:
* Proven experience in SHEQ management, preferably in a similar industry
* Degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or environmental science
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
