The client, a specialist Town Planning Consultancy with nearly 20 years of experience, is looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join the Exeter team! The client works on projects across all sectors including complex residential, commercial, automotive, heritage & rural planning, renewables, tourism & leisure, strategic land, retail, and urban regeneration sectors!
This is a great opportunity for the successful Graduate Town Planner to kick-start their career and gain industry experience, whilst been supported by sector leading professionals on exciting projects.
The Position of a Graduate Town Planner
As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure planning. You’ll be mentored by senior planners, developing your skills in planning policy, site appraisals, and project management, while contributing to innovative and sustainable urban planning solutions.

Essential Criteria for the Town Planner
* Degree or higher in relevant subject with desire or chartered status with RTPI
* A highly motivated commercial approach, with ability to work as part of and lead a team.
* Have strong research, analytical skills, and reporting skills.
* Be proactive and professional individual.
