What you’ll do
We are on the look out for an Events Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team on a permanent and full time basis. The role will be working alongside our existing Events Marketing Manager by being responsible for the firm’s growing events programme - ensuring that we design and deliver outstanding and value-add events for our clients, our people and our wider networks.
You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify promotional activities, design and coordinate digital, face to face and hybrid events that will build our brand and generate demand for our legal services. Along with supporting a growing and robust internal events programme to promote cross department working and client experience sharing, along with firmwide update webinars from our CEO and Board.
Setting up and managing best practice processes around event management, you will work closely with our facilities/reception team and our legal support teams. You will produce detailed proposals for events including timelines, venue and supplier information, legal obligations, resourcing and budgets. Where needed, you will also attend the events which could be in or around our 4 offices across the south of England.
Who you are
Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be a positive and proactive team player, remaining calm under pressure and approaching all given tasks with excellent organisational skills, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. You will take pride in maintaining high standards of work, and seek to provide an outstanding level of service to clients and colleagues.
You will be confident using digital systems to deliver, communicate and report on activities. These tools include our internal CRM systems, email marketing software, CMS/intranet systems and webinar tools including MS Teams as some of our events are digital or hybrid.
Having experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services, you will be passionate about expanding your skills and knowledge further, whilst utilising your existing skills in this varied and exciting role.
