Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Accounts Payable Admin Assistant on a 3 month FTC. You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable Clerks in their day-to-day duties ensuring accuracy in maintaining the Accounts Payable administration function.
Daily duties will include:
* Management of the Accounts Payable mail inbox
* Ensuring completion of supplier reconciliation
* Assisting the accounts payable clerks with their day-to-day tasks
* Matching invoices to purchase orders
* Entering invoices/credit notes direct to ledgers
* Answering Accounts Payable supplier queries via email/phone
Experience:
* Proven experience as an accounts payable administrative assistant
* Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and practices
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
