Our client based in Chester is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the team. The position will involve handling inbound and outbound sales calls, offering customers the opportunity to sell belongings using the company platform. This is a great opportunity for somebody seeking to get into remarketing, gain new skills, and work within a professional and friendly team. Must have previous telesales/sales experience, ideally with knowledge of used vehicle sales, although other sales experience will be considered.
Hybrid / remote working: 3 days office / 2 days at home
Salary: £12 per hour (plus sales target commission) + benefits package (25 days holiday + Bank holidays, Private Medical, 4% contributory pension scheme, 3X Life Assurance cover, and employer discount schemes).
Responsibilities:
1. Managing your own workload of outbound calls following up on marketing campaigns.
2. Forming professional relationships with customers.
3. Handling inbound sales calls.
4. Working with the operations team to provide an efficient sales process and delivery.
5. Ensuring the CRM database is maintained with customer feedback.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous telesales/sales experience.
2. Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
3. Outgoing and energetic personality with the ability to communicate well and build rapport with customers.
4. Attention to detail with good IT literacy.
5. CRM database knowledge.
6. Full training provided.
