We are seeking a reliable and hardworking labourer to join our team in Staplehurst The successful candidate must have a valid CSCS Card and provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This is a long term project and we are looking for individuals who can commit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general labour duties on the construction site.
* Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work well in a team.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation on the job site.
* Assist with various tasks as required by the project.
Requirements:
1. Valid CSCS Card.
2. Own PPE, including safety boots, hi-vis vest, gloves, and hard hat.
3. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks.
4. Strong work ethic and reliability.
5. Previous experience in construction or labourer roles is a plus but not mandatory.
