Your Role As an Sales Engineer, you are responsible for: Generating leads using company tools and CRM software, doing market research. Conducting telephone prospecting to attract new customers and identify opportunities. Building customer relationships and providing excellent follow-up. Achieving sales targets and supporting the sales pipeline. What are your challenges at I-care? After comprehensive training on our products and services, you will identify and contact potential customers. You will generate leads and convert them into customers. You will detect commercial opportunities and collaborate with various departments within I-care to present the best solution for the customer. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our company goals, products, and services. You will manage customer relationships and ensure clear, professional communication. Your Profile Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: Commercial experience in engineering or SaaS is a bonus. A keen interest in predictive maintenance, reliability engineering, and Industry 4.0 innovations. Skillset: Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Self-organized, creative, and persistent with a drive to achieve results. Analytical mindset capable of developing business cases to support your solutions.
