Your new company Hays are recruiting for a permanent Receptionist for a prestigious Manchester City Centre client. Previous experience and working within 5 customer service is essential. Your new role You will provide 5 customer service, welcoming all visitors to the building. You will be the first point of contact, you will build relationships. Handle service desk requests. You will be responsible for post, deliveries, loading documents, issuing security passes, manage car parking, answering telephone calls, email management, action enquiries, ad hoc administrative support, manage meeting rooms, and organising events. What you'll need to succeed You will have excellent communication skills, you will be organised, you will be comfortable implementing processes, 5 service is essential, you will have strong IT skills, you will be proactive, you will be able to work off your own initiative. Previous experience is essential What you'll get in return This role is paying £24,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience. Excellent business who are big on self-development.
