* Communicating with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email
* Logging queries and setting tasks to the purchasing team using our Sage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
* Processing customer orders that are straightforward including the procurement of the parts/services requested by customers
* Preparing quotes for customers
* Converting quotes to sales orders
* Chasing for updates on deliveries from suppliers
* Keeping customers informed
* Reviewing on-hold orders and actioning where necessary
* Reviewing all zero-value pricing orders
* Sales invoice runs
* Inputting data on Sage
* Running reports
* General administration duties
