Job Description:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple properties, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage commercial property maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
2. Organise gas and electrical certificate renewals with relevant contractors
3. Handle rent arrears and process payments
4. Attend and complete all property inspections
5. Enter invoice details into the database for maintenance works
6. Produce invoices for payment with landlords and email to relevant persons
7. Lodge deposits on the Deposit Protection Scheme
8. Book check-outs and deal with end-of-tenancy disputes
9. Organise tenancy renewals and negotiate rent increases
Key Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in property management
2. ARLA qualification preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Knowledge of property management laws and regulations
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
7. Valid driver's license and own car
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
