R equired to support the Stock Control and Admin Manager, assisting with the management of the Admin and Delivery Teams by supplying an excellent service. Can achieve both short term and long-term goals set out to you to help and support the Stock and Admin Manager with overall department objectives. Working hours : Monday to Friday - 8.00 - 5pm or any combination 7.00am - 4pm or 8.30 - 5.30pm. The Role Providing a customer focused approach to every task within the Admin and Delivery Team. Willing and open to learning new skills throughout the working day. Lead, motivate and inspire the team daily, developing a culture of open and continuous communication. Deliver exceptional standards and disciplines across the site, promoting a right first time standard. Working closely with the Stock and Admin Manager to ensure we drive a high standard for all areas covered within the Admin and Delivery Teams. End of Day Adjustments for all four sites in the North – checking the reasons why they have occurred. Undertake root cause and trend analysis, then proactively educate the inventory and operational teams on issues that arise, which could have been solved at source. Actively manage the teams activity and development through direct reports; which includes being responsible for performance reviews, coaching and development, leading to a high performing team. Support the Stock and Admin Manager with succession planning within the department. Willing to support with any other roles as required by the Stock and Admin Manager Working with the warehouse supervisors to ensure daily intake is accurate for stock integrity. Consult with warehouse and other internal teams to drive best-practice in inventory accuracy and damage reduction. The Skills Previous administration experience is essential Customer Service experience would be advantageous.
