Our client, a leading London law firm, is looking to secure the support of an experienced structured finance Lawyer with upwards of 4 years' PQE, for an assignment of 3 months in duration. The assignment is due to start ASAP, and has arisen due to a high volume in work. Whilst the initial duration is 3 months, there is potential for further extension.
The successful structured finance Lawyer can expect to work closely with two leading Partners in advising established and new FinTech lending platforms and funders and will be involved in:
* Leading on structured finance transactions, including private securitisations, forward flows and warehouse lines
* Structuring and drafting standard term corporate and consumer lending and security documentation for FinTech Lending platforms
* Turning documents with accuracy and efficiency
Clients include UK and European lending platforms, credit funds and challenger banks.
Applicants are likely to possess upwards of 4 years' PQE in handling a full range of structured finance matters, gained from notable city or leading regional firms. Any exposure in advising clients across the FinTech sector would be beneficial, but is not a prerequisite. Applications from foreign qualified Lawyers (such as Australia or New Zealand, for example) who are based in London, are encouraged.
The team operates on a hybrid basis, with Lawyers spending 3 days a week in the London office.
