General Purpose of the Position:
Ensure all health, safety, environmental, and quality programs and policies for IGS are adhered to. Help promote, generate, and secure small to medium size projects throughout the UK within all industry sectors, generate accurate estimates, quotations, resource planning, and contract planning. Support SME/BDs by providing technical review for projects in the eastern hemisphere, along with accurate estimates and generating technical quotations. Understand IGS product and service offerings and how they relate to solving fouling removal problems for customer equipment and processes, supporting the growth of strong customer relationships.
Critical Success Factors:
* Interact with UK clients and help source new leads.
* Conduct project reviews from technical information; general ability to read engineering drawings is required.
* Accountable for supporting SME in ensuring that Eastern Hemisphere BDs are facilitated with technical information and quotations.
* Understanding of Microsoft software; training will be given for Safes Force and PandaDoc.
* Complete initial technical review, generate costing and quotations in line with company strategy, plus project paperwork.
* Provide the customer with information regarding IGS’ value, differentiation, and potential upsell opportunities.
* Ensure profitable project execution through effective liaising with the planner.
* Perform all reporting and administrative tasks in an expedient and accurate manner.
* Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times through personal adherence and coaching of Team Leaders in the use of IGS Values (the IGS Way).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Review
* Review and establish client requirements.
* Provide estimates and quotations with SME.
* Chase and secure UK projects and offer technical support for IGS overseas BDs to secure contracts.
* Review PO with CommOpps dept.
* Ensure sales to operations handoff is complete, including R/A, M/S, Narrative, IHOM.
* Communicate resource and equipment requirements (Narrative & IHOM).
* Verify resource availability.
Post Job Execution
* Review and approve all project charges and total job cost.
* Communicate project completion to the accounting department and management.
Sales and Customer Support
* Support sales and managerial team as needed during the estimating process, including attending pre-bid meetings and inspections.
* Collaborate with other IGS personnel for ongoing customer/account management.
* Provide general assistance with corporate, operational, and/or administrative matters when not assigned to project/contract work.

* Office based.
* IGS Tube Tech work is performed in a challenging environment in various client facilities, including but not limited to refineries, power plants, and petrochemical facilities in global locations.
Education and Experience Required:
* Technical or Engineering-based qualification preferred but not a necessity.
* Understanding of IGS Tube Tech technologies; further training will be provided.
* Knowledge of Water Jet Operations and Safety Aspects; training will be given.
* General/basic knowledge of the operations and environments of power plants and petroleum industry facilities.
