Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is looking for a Commercial Manager to drive private-label growth and strengthen key retailer relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, forward-thinking business in a pivotal role.
Location: Hybrid – a few days per week at their Grimsby HQ
Salary: Up to £65K + benefits

The role:
Manage and grow key private-label retail accounts
Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales & profitability
Negotiate pricing, contracts & promotional plans
Work cross-functionally with NPD, supply chain & operations to ensure seamless delivery
Identify new opportunities & strengthen retailer partnerships
About you:
Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in food manufacturing
Strong understanding of private label & retail relationships
Excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills
A results-driven, commercial mind-set with a passion for food & FMCG
