Duties

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
* Utilise Salesforce software for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
* Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients.
Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a related industry.
* Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
* Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
