Location: Weston Super Mare
Hours: Mon-Fri (phone number removed) (Some evenings and weekend, rota’d)
Salary: £27,711

Provide high-quality emotional and practical support to children and young people (CYP) affected by domestic abuse.
Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for families in safe houses and support their safety in the community.
Plan and coordinate play and educational activities, including weekends and holidays.
Help CYP integrate into new communities, securing school placements and healthcare access.
Build trusting relationships and work in a child-focused way
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in providing holistic support to families, including counselling, advocacy, and resource coordination
Experience in support planning, risk assessments, etc.
Utilise a psychologically informed approach, developing strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients
Commitment to promoting inclusivity and respecting the unique needs and backgrounds of each family
