Our client is looking for a Support Officer to start on the 17th February 2025.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Answering the phone and dealing with queries from residents.
* Updating the spreadsheet with new subscriptions.
* Taking payments over the phone.
* Monitoring the share inbox.
Skills:
* Must have knowledge of Microsoft & Microsoft Teams.
* Must have good communication skills and must be a team worker.
* Must have good customer service skills.
* Must have a keen eye for detail and be good at data inputting and accuracy.
The role is paying £11.44ph and the working hours are Monday to Friday- 08:30- 15:30.
