A new Registered Domiciliary Care Manager role has arisen in the Saddleworth/ Oldham area! This is a fantastic opportunity for any Registered Domiciliary Care Manager who has extensive domiciliary experience. With a background in elderly/nursing needs, my client specializes in supporting people with profound elderly needs.
The successful candidate will join a well-established domiciliary care company and ensure it is a caring, compassionate organization whose primary aim is to maintain a high standard of life for all service users. Responsibilities include:
1. Opening and expanding the organization.
2. Selling domiciliary care services to new residents.
3. Ensuring high-caliber care is always delivered.
4. Marketing the service and liaising with family members and future service users.
5. Hiring and training staff.
6. Increasing the number of service users and domiciliary care hours.
7. Full responsibility for the domiciliary care company, including hiring new staff, overseeing training, and promoting the service.
8. Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and liaising effectively with CQC Inspectors.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
1. Domiciliary care management background.
2. Domiciliary care commissioning knowledge (beneficial).
3. CQC legislation knowledge.
4. Hands-on approach.
5. Service promotion skills / marketing.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
7. Strong planning and organizational skills.
8. Level 5 NVQ.
