Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support to students in a classroom setting, assisting with learning and academic progress. Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, including leading small group activities and interventions. Offer personal care support to students with additional needs, ensuring dignity, respect, and safety at all times. Support students’ social, emotional, and physical development, helping them to achieve their full potential. Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Requirements: Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent. Proven experience working in a secondary school environment. Experience in providing personal care to students with additional needs (e.g., physical disabilities, SEN).
