Job Title: SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised academic support to students with special educational needs (SEN) Develop tailored lesson plans based on students' specific learning requirements Implement strategies to enhance students' learning experience and academic progress Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' holistic development Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in SEN teaching Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN educational practises and interventions Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEN teaching Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN Code of Practise Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Training in specific SEN interventions and techniques Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work with students in educational settings such as schools or learning centres Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
