I am delighted to be working with a leading operator in the events and hospitality sector, who provide premium bar and retail services at major UK venues. We are seeking a Senior Venue Operations Manager to lead operations at one of their flagship sites.

Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing large-scale events from setup to breakdown
2. Using data to enhance operational strategies
3. Managing stock, compliance, and budgets
4. Leading and developing full-time and casual staff
5. Building strong client relationships
Who you are:
1. Experienced in high-volume event or hospitality operations
2. Stock management experience
3. Compliance, due diligence and Health & Safety
4. A strong leader with team training experience
5. Organised, hands-on, and thrives under pressure
