Main duties of the job As an Paramedic (FCP) you will be acting within your professional boundaries, providing care for patients from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care with the support of the other Practice staff members as required. You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the Primary Care Network (PCN), whilst working autonomously and taking full accountability for patient encounters. You will work within your professional boundaries as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team (MDT) within Chard, supporting the delivery of the Primary Care Directed Enhanced Service to meet the needs of patients. You could be working alongside our home visiting and care home team or conducting urgent care clinics.
