This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is motivated by success. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer sales enquiries promptly and professionally. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Prepare detailed quotations and identify opportunities to upsell. Make proactive sales calls to both existing and potential customers. Accurately input orders into the in-house system. Provide general administrative support as required. Skills and Experience Previous experience in a sales or customer service role. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced office environment. A keen eye for detail and confidence in negotiation to foster and grow client relationships. Experience within the construction industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
