About you:
* Experience in Electronics Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Solutions (EMS) (SCaaS) or related industries.
* Strong account management and business development skills, with a proven track record of growing customer accounts.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
* Willingness to travel across England for customer meetings.
* Technical background in electronics, PCB assembly, manufacturing and supply chain solutions as a service would be a plus.
* Experience in working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers is desirable.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, developing strong relationships to drive long-term business success.
* Ensure customer requirements, expectations, and technical needs are effectively communicated to internal teams.
* Conduct regular customer meetings (both on-site and remote) to review performance, discuss ongoing projects, and explore new opportunities.
Business Development & Growth:
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities within existing accounts and work with external Sales Team to develop new business opportunities.
* Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business expansion.
* Lead contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and proposal development to maximise revenue.
Project & Order Management:
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.
* Monitor order progress, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues proactively.
* Support customers with technical queries, liaising with internal experts where necessary.
* Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
* Represent TechPoint at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
