Role Overview We have a fantastic opportunity for an experiences Estates Surveyor to join our Estate Management team, within our Occupier Services division. You will be responsible for managing a diverse property estate for our client, focusing on maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Estate Management: Handle all aspects of estate management for corporate occupiers, including customer service, client reporting, database management, landlord/tenant liaison, and finance issues. Consent Management: Negotiate and manage consents for disposals, lettings, Easements, Wayleaves, alterations, assignments, under-lettings etc. Liaison: Communicate regularly with clients, facilities / operational managers, solicitors, tenants, landlords, and third parties. Collaboration / Account Management: Work with internal teams to ensure our clients requirements are met through up/cross-selling of services. Debt Management: Minimize tenants’ arrears and address tenant account queries. Data Management: Ensure all property data is up-to-date and accurate. Key Skills Experience: Proven track record in commercial estates management with RICS qualification. Skills: A generalist with attention to detail, strong organisational skills, proactive and excellent communication abilities. Sales background preferred. Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities. Client-Oriented: Capable of adapting to a changing and demanding environment. Responsiveness: Highly responsive to emails and inquiries.
