Ark Veterinary Surgery (Mobberley) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Veterinary Nurse to join the team at Ark Veterinary Surgery. We are a two-site practice with a varied caseload where no two days are the same You will be working with a fantastic team of Vets, RVNs, SVNs and Receptionists who are passionate and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. We have a caring, sympathetic and professional approach working closely with our patients and clients, this is reflected in all that we do. You will be required to work across both sites (Mobberley and Northwich). This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a similar role, or an experienced RVN looking to take the next step in their career. You will be able to fully utilise your nursing skills and will play a key role in managing our inpatient and surgical caseload, along with overseeing our team of experienced RVNs, SVNs and PCAs. Our nursing team are exceedingly enthusiastic and confidently run nursing clinics, mobility clinics and provide Schedule 3 procedures to our patients. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a team player, self-motivated with a positive attitude, and confident in all areas of general small animal nursing. The ability to co-ordinate rotas and administration tasks to support your team will be required in this role. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, with a requirement to work 1:4 weekends. Salary £30k - £35k pro rata, dependent on experience.
