The School Morgan’s Vale and Woodfalls CE Primary School is a single academy trust which also includes the Mini Morgans Preschool provision. We are a small school in the centre of the village communities of Morgan’s Vale, Woodfalls, Lover and Redlynch and nestled between Salisbury and the New Forest. The position of Headteacher is vacant for the first time in over fifteen years, due to the retirement of the current postholder. This is a full-time on-site role as a Primary School Headteacher. As such, your day-to-day tasks will include providing strategic leadership, managing staff and resources, implementing policies, and ensuring high-quality education for students. You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity, and promoting the well-being and personal development of both students and staff. There are exciting developments happening within the school as it is currently in the final stages of joining the Magna Learning Partnership, with the conversion due to take place before Christmas.
