Roles and Responsibilities
The Commercial Manager is the single point of contact for all PwC Global Services related matters. Manage PwC Global Services related communication with service managers and business stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
* Single point of contact for all PwC Global Services related matters. Manage PwC Global Services related communication with service managers and business stakeholders.
* Engage with service managers and business stakeholders to understand adoption, issues, and work with the Global team on resolution.
* Liaise with global teams to understand costing and usage metrics and to understand value derived.
* Usage and cost management: Work with the operations team to remove unused licenses prior to billing cut-off.
* Reporting: Support in leadership reporting and usage reports for service managers.
* Annual planning cycles: Manage BSS communications with business Opt-In confirmations and other year-end processes.
