We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively within a team to deliver comprehensive dental services while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments for patients.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
* Utilise medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care strategies.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care.
* Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
Skills
* Proficient in medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis.
* Familiarity with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems for dental applications is advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it relates to dentistry.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures in an understandable manner.
* Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A compassionate approach towards patient care, ensuring comfort and trust during treatments.
