The Role:
* Dishing out top-notch advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Handling complex employee relations cases like a pro – think disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Rolling out HR initiatives and projects that make a difference, based around employee engagement and performance management.
* Providing support to the HR Officer and Admin in the absence of the Head of HR.
What you need to offer:
* Solid experience as a Human Resources Advisor / Officer in manufacturing.
* A deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
* Discretion when handling sensitive info, and the emotional intelligence to handle a range of situations.
* CIPD qualification (Level 5) – a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker.
