SEN-TA – Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist
Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:
This exciting role involves supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Key Stages 1 and 2 in a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. You’ll work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored support that meets the specific needs of each student, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Application Requirements:
• Have experience working with children with Autism or other SEN needs.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Be proactive and adaptable in meeting the varied needs of students.
• Ideally hold a relevant qualification (not essential but preferred).
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students.
• Assist in managing classroom behavior and promoting positive interactions.
• Collaborate with the SEN team to provide targeted support.
• Help students develop essential life skills and independence.
• Actively contribute to the inclusive ethos of the school.
