Base pay range
Cortez Agency is on the lookout for a BDM to join a leading skincare brand in Manchester (no doubt you have their products already). They are recognized in the likes of Vogue, ELLE, Grazia, BBC and ITV regularly for their innovation and unique stance in the market.
Responsibilities
* Identify partnership opportunities with aesthetic clinics and retailers across the UK.
* Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
* Think critically when planning to assure project success and growth.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders.
* Analyze key market trends and feed back to the wider business.
* Negotiate sales contracts and deals with key stakeholders from initial conversation to confirmed deal.
* Secure new meetings with potential clients to meet your monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
* Experience in B2B sales, business development, or buying is preferred.
* Coming from the beauty sector is a bonus but not required.
* A keen interest in the beauty industry.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive and growth mindset is required.
* Focused and goal-oriented.
* Be money motivated!
* Must have a valid UK driver's license.
Package:
* Uncapped commission.
* Up to 40% commission on all sales.
* Performance-based bonuses.
