This position offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio with small number of large and complex sites amongst other smaller sites, making a significant impact on their clients and their communities.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage a portfolio of large and complex leasehold properties.
* Develop and implement property management strategies to enhance property values and residents' satisfaction.
* Coordinate and supervise property maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, residents, and stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, financial reports, and service charge collection.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in leasehold and block management.
* Proficiency in property management software and tools.
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
