Key Responsibilities:
International Payroll Management - Oversee and coordinate the monthly payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate payment for foreign employees and independent contractors.
Data Validation - Download and validate payroll data from CSV files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Process Management - Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring all starters and leavers are accurately recorded.
Vendor Coordination - Collaborate with global payroll providers, ensuring all changes are processed correctly and on time.
Compliance and Accuracy - Ensure payroll payments, taxes, and benefits are calculated and reported accurately, maintaining compliance with local regulations.
