Senior Business Manager & Marketing Recruitment Lead | Marketing Technology Recruitment | Digital Marketing Recruiter at Hays
Your new company
My client is a leading developer and property maintenance company. With over 100 years of supporting public and private sector customers, they pride themselves on their family-feel, environmentally conscious organisation, creating the communities of the future. Due to the expansion of their Digital Communications team, we are partnering to recruit the job of Digital Marketing Manager (Projects) to work hybrid from their Surrey offices.
Your new role
As the Digital Projects Marketing Manager, you will be leading on digital projects within the expanding Digital Communications team. Working like an in-house agency to support across different business areas, the team is responsible for all websites and digital campaign activity, and you will take the lead on all things 'technical' - ranging from customer journey workflows to automations, personalisation, nurture programmes, UX design, landing page optimisation, new site delivery, CRO, A/B tests, etc. This is a wide-ranging role in which you will lead project scoping, testing, and delivery from a hands-on digital marketing perspective.
What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for technical Digital marketers with project-based experience. You will be comfortable with data and reporting, fluent in testing, optimising and creating landing pages, delivery of new internal and external websites, UX design principles, and marketing automation programmes including both trigger and nurture. You'll be comfortable working with diverse tech stacks (Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, etc.) and able to hit the ground running with a variety of different digital marketing projects. You'll be excited and able to deliver new digital marketing programmes such as targeted PPC ads, enhanced web personalisation, and trigger new experiences as the tech stack is fully integrated.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £50,000 plus benefits including 26 days' holiday + Bank Holidays (and the ability to buy up to an additional 5 days a year), group pension scheme, private healthcare and access to company profit share. You will be able to work hybrid from their Surrey offices, requiring 1-2 office days per week, with excellent facilities like free parking, staff canteen, and green spaces for collaboration.
