We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Kitchen Porter who will be responsible for assisting the Senior Steward / Chef in the correct running of the kitchen. Relay any complaints or comments to the Chief Steward and Head Chef WEEKLY CLEANING DUTIES: Cleaning inside of fridges Defrosting and cleaning the freezer Cleaning of all walls Reporting any equipment faults to the chief steward All other duties you may be required to perform in stewarding as directed by the Chief Steward and Chefs
