About the role We are seeking a strategic and results driven Global Leadership Development Manager to help design, implement and scale worldclass leadership development initiatives acros s our global leader population, with a focus on our senior leaders (including our HET-1 and GM population). This role will be instrumental in cultivating a strong leadership pipeline, enhancing leadership capability and building a high performing culture that will drive our Win as One strategy. This role reports to the Global Head of Leadership Development and is based in London Bankside, United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead global leadership development programs for senior leaders across the global organisation including in-person, virtual, and blended learning formats. Collaborate with Functional experts, Senior leaders, HR, Learning Services and 3 rd party vendors to scope and build relevant programmes, tools and resources for leadership development and develop implementation and engagement plans for their deployment. Evaluate program effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and business impact assessments. Gather internal and external data and insights to inform evolution of leadership development strategy and priorities. Stay current on global leadership trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure programs remain innovative and effective. Provide thought leadership and governance to continuously evolve our Leadership Development approach, enabling consistency for impact and simplification for local BU/functional deployment where relevant. Communicate with and partner/coach/advise HRBLs and senior leaders regarding Leadership Development processes and interventions. Provide upskilling of HR/leaders where relevant. Build strong internal and external networks to ensure we are continually meeting the needs of our leadership population and bringing relevance and innovation to our leadership development portfolio. Qualifications and skills Essential Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field. 8 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or related areas in a global organization. Proven experience in designing and/or executing leadership development programs across diverse cultures and regions (preferably for senior/executive level populations) with a preference for design, deployment and measurement. Understanding and experience of best practice Leadership development approaches that are fit-for-purpose and targeted at gaining focused outcomes. Able to navigate across complexity, this role requires end-to-end programme management, partnering with experts to bring best in practice design and delivery to the organisation. Strong stakeholder management skills and project management experience should ideally include the design, planning, governance, phasing, and implementation of projects as well as tools and techniques for issues and risk management, decision making and reporting. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skill s and confident in engaging with and influencing stakeholders across the different parts of the organization (geographies, levels, functions) Commercial intelligence and a solid understanding of our end-to-end business. Familiarity with assessment tools (e.g., MBTI, DISC, 360s) and leadership frameworks. Preferred Specialist Organisational Development and/or Leadership development expertise. S trong facilitation and coaching skills. Working in multinational or global matrixed organisations and cross-cultural environment s, ideally has worked in global roles before.
